As a mid-sized UK based alarm and video receiving centre we rely heavily on the technology and hardware supplied by HeiTel. We have seen HeiTel increase its market share in the UK over the last seven years. This has been due to a number of factors; quality of product, capabilities of the system, price, plus system support from its UK and Germany based support and development team.
