HTcompress®
HTcompress is the image-optimised conditional refresh compression system developed by HeiTel. Its core combines the advantages of the full-motion picture compression method together with the single-image compression method for high definition images. Thanks to this process, which has been specially adapted to video surveillance applications, HeiTel products provide superior frame rates, even at low bandwidths.
In comparison to other systems, HeiTel systems also provide extremely long recording times with similarly sized hard drives or using similar recording criteria. HTcompress supports all standard image formats and megapixel IP cameras. Additionally, HTcompress ensures a constantly high image quality, even at fluctuating bit rates. An excellent freeze frame quality even with large and quick movement in the image is the result.
