EMS TAPI
EMS TAPI (Telephony Application Programming Interface), allows for connection to an existing, compatible telephone system and thereby for simplification and error reduction during telecommunication (e.g. automatic dialling).
- Automatic dial-up of the site-specific phone number of the keyholder/site contact in the alarm instruction screen
- Individually applicable for each work station (single licenses)
- Documentation and logging of all telephone calls (connection, time, duration) in the EMS history module
- Enables the automation of alarm process-related and general phone calls
- Supports phone calls over standard ISDN or over VoIP (Voice over IP, SIP)
- Integrated analysis functions for the automatic determination of the TAPI suitability of the central monitoring work station
- Intuitive interface and operation
- No separate telephone necessary
- Enables the use of a headset in combination with the PC
- Problem-free integration of existing EMS telephone data into the EMS TAPI
