CamTel SVR/CamDisc SVR/Cam4mobile - Firmware Update
We strongly recommend the update of your Cam4mobile, CamTel SVR or CamDisc SVR (CamDisc SVR: only devices up from serial no. "CV505002" and "CQ519004" ) with the latest firmware. You will benefit from bug fixes and all new features of the svr series.
Please note that only the latest receiver software CamControl LITE or CamControl PRO supports all new features of the latest svr firmware release (see svr firmware history).

- Extended PTZ control via mouse cursor and joystick
- PTZ with manual speed control for IP cameras from Sanyo, Sony, Messoa, Vista, Dynacolor and Grundig
- Motion detection from Axis, Dynacolor and Grundig IP cameras integrated
- New Web Server (V1.29)
- New Web API (V1.8)
- Various bug fixes:
- PTZ control with Philips/Bosch software remote adapter corrected
- Users without passwords do not get password expire messages any longer
- Display problems with Axis 4 channel video server corrected
- Default settings for HD power down function modified: The hard drive now can be set to standby mode via "V out" and "Aux 2"
(Support of all functions only with CamControl LITE 4.06 / CamControl PRO 4.06 or higher)
Note
Download the update.bin and place the file on your PC according to the installation guide in the subdirectory /DEVICEUPDATES of your CamControl LITE directory (CamControl LITE 3.64 or newer).
The update.bin is only intended for the SVR series and Cam4mobile!
